Louie Pastor was named chief executive officer effective March 2026. An accomplished executive with deep experience in enterprise transformation, operational leadership, and strategic execution.

He previously served as president and chief operating officer, beginning in September 2025, where he led business model and operational advancements informed by macro trends, client feedback, and market opportunities.

Since joining Xerox in 2018, Louie has held several senior executive roles, including chief administrative officer, chief transformation officer, chief corporate development officer, and chief legal officer. Across these roles, he has led key initiatives to strengthen operational performance, enhance strategic focus, and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Prior to Xerox, he served as deputy general counsel at Icahn Enterprises, where he led strategic initiatives to reposition portfolio companies through acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and investments in both public and private markets. He began his career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, advising public companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Louie serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Herc Holdings Inc., a leading equipment rental supplier in North America.

Louie earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
