Chuck Robbins is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Cisco. Mary Barra is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors. She was elected Chair of the GM Board of Directors in 2016 and has served as CEO of GM since 2014.Under Barra’s leadership, GM envisions a world with zero crashes, to save lives; zero emissions, so future generations can inherit a healthier planet; and zero congestion, so customers get back a precious commodity – time.She is focused on creating the best customer experience and strengthening GM’s core vehicle and services business, while also working to deliver transformative technologies such as electrification, autonomous driving and software.Prior to becoming CEO, Barra served as GM executive vice president, Global Product Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain, and as senior vice president, Global Product Development. In these roles, Barra and her teams were responsible for the design, engineering and quality of GM vehicle launches worldwide.Previously, she served as vice president, Global Human Resources; vice president, Global Manufacturing Engineering; plant manager, Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly; and in several other executive engineering and staff positions.Barra began her career with GM in 1980 as a General Motors Institute (Kettering University) co-op student at the Pontiac Motor Division. Brendan Bechtel is chairman and chief executive officer of Bechtel Group, Inc.Brendan became Bechtel’s chief executive officer in 2016 and chairman in 2017. From 2014-2016, he served as the company’s president and chief operating officer, responsible for management and oversight of Bechtel’s global operations.Previously, Brendan served as president of the company’s global energy business and, earlier, led Bechtel’s Liquefied Natural Gas business line. He also held a series of leadership and operational roles on energy, infrastructure, and power projects in North America, Australia, and Africa, with responsibilities including safety, project controls, field engineering, contracts, construction supervision, and project management.The fifth generation of the Bechtel family to lead the company, Brendan started working for the company during summer breaks in high school. He graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree in geography and a minor in environmental studies. Brendan spent two years working for a conservation nonprofit before earning two master’s degrees from Stanford University – an MBA and an MSE in construction engineering and management – before re-joining Bechtel.Brendan is a member of the boards of directors of the Business Roundtable and the Fremont Group, and is a trustee of the National Geographic Society and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.Brendan is based in the Washington, DC, area.

Joshua Bolten is CEO of Business Roundtable,&nbsp;an association of more than 200 CEOs of America’s leading companies.&nbsp;Before joining Business Roundtable in January 2017, Bolten was Managing Director of Rock Creek Global Advisors, a consulting firm that he co-founded in 2011.&nbsp;Bolten spent the preceding two years as a visiting professor at Princeton University.Bolten’s twenty years of government service includes eight years in the White House under President George W. Bush as Chief of Staff (2006-09), Director of the Office of Management &amp; Budget (2003-06), and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy (2001-03).&nbsp;For the preceding two years, he was Policy Director of the Bush 2000 presidential campaign.&nbsp;Bolten’s previous private sector experience includes work at Goldman Sachs in London and O’Melveny &amp; Myers in Washington, DC.Bolten received his undergraduate degree from Princeton in 1976 and his law degree from Stanford in 1980.&nbsp;He is a member of the boards of Emerson Electric Co., the ONE Campaign, Princeton University, and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Thasunda Brown Duckett is President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA, a Fortune 100 provider of secure retirements and outcome-focused investment solutions to millions of people working in higher education, healthcare and other mission-driven organizations.As TIAA’s CEO, Duckett leads a company whose mission is defined by financial inclusion and opportunity – goals and values she has upheld throughout her career.Duckett joined TIAA after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Chase Consumer Banking, where she oversaw a banking network with more than $600 billion in deposits and 50,000 employees. Previously, she was the CEO of Chase Auto Finance, one of the leading U.S. providers of auto financing, and National Retail Sales Executive for Chase Mortgage Banking, where she managed 4,000 mortgage bankers. Earlier in her career, she was a Director of Emerging Markets at Fannie Mae, where she led the implementation of national strategies designed to increase homeownership among Black and Hispanic Americans.Duckett serves on the boards of NIKE, Inc., Brex Inc., Robert F. Jamie Dimon is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of JPMorganChase, a global financial services firm with assets of $3.2 trillion and operations worldwide. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business, commercial banking, financial transaction processing and asset management.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dimon became CEO on January 1, 2006 and one year later also became Chairman of the Board.&nbsp;He was named President and Chief Operating Officer upon the company’s merger with Bank One Corporation on July 1, 2004. Dimon joined Bank One as Chairman and CEO in 2000.Dimon began his career at American Express Company.&nbsp;Next, he served as Chief Financial Officer and then President at Commercial Credit, which made numerous acquisitions and divestitures, including acquiring Primerica Corporation in 1987 and The Travelers Corporation in 1993. Dimon served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Travelers from 1990 through 1998 while concurrently serving as Chief Operating Officer of its Smith Barney Inc. subsidiary before becoming co-Chairman and Co-CEO of the combined brokerage following the 1997 merger of Smith Barney and Salomon Brothers.&nbsp;In 1998, Dimon was named President of Citigroup Inc., the global financial services company formed by the combination of Travelers Group and Citicorp.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dimon earned his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, serving millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm’s history.Jane has deep experience across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses and, in many ways, she helped shape Citi into the company it is today. Before becoming CEO in February 2021, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi’s Consumer businesses, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Mortgage and Operations and Technology in 19 markets.Before that, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Latin America from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage. From 2009 to 2013, Jane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citi's Global Private Bank. Prior, Jane was the Global Head of Strategy and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for Citi from 2007 to 2009. She joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division.Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. Adena Friedman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nasdaq since January 1, 2017 and was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2023. She brings more than 20 years of industry leadership and expertise, and is credited with significantly shaping Nasdaq’s transformation into a leading global exchange and technology company serving the financial industry.Prior to her current role as Chair and CEO, Adena held several senior leadership roles at Nasdaq including President and COO where she was responsible for the operations of the company’s business segments with a focus on driving efficiency, product development, growth and expansion.She rejoined Nasdaq in 2014, after serving as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group from March 2011 to June 2014 and playing a critical role in taking the company public in May 2012.Before Carlyle, Adena was a key member of Nasdaq's management team for over a decade, serving in a variety of roles, including head of the company's data products business, head of corporate strategy and Chief Financial Officer. She played an instrumental role in Nasdaq’s acquisition strategy, overseeing the acquisitions of INET, OMX, and the Philadelphia and Boston Exchanges. She originally joined Nasdaq in 1993 as an intern.Since December 2018, Adena has served as a Class B director to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Scott Kirby was appointed chief executive officer of United Airlines in 2020 just as United was facing the worst crisis in its history caused by the pandemic.Under his leadership, United has made a number of strategic investments to execute the company’s strategy including its United Next growth plan, a commitment to be 100% green by 2050 without relying on traditional carbon offsets, and taking real action on diversity, equity and inclusion with the opening of the United Aviate Academy. The goal of the academy is to train about 5,000 new pilots at the school by 2030 with at least half being women or people of color.Prior to United, Scott’s 30-year career in aviation included time at America West, US Airways, and American Airlines where he served as President up until being named President of United Airlines in 2016.Scott earned his bachelor’s degrees in computer science and operations research from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in operations research from George Washington University. He is married and has seven children.
