About BRT
Senate Should Approve House-Passed Bill Without Amendment So U.S. Companies and Workers Can Have
the Same Benefits as Their Foreign Competitors in the Russian Market as Soon as Possible

Russia’s membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) opens markets for businesses in every state, but they will fully benefit only after Congress passes legislation establishing permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) with Russia. With the world's 9th largest economy, a population of roughly 142 million and a large growing middle class, Russia holds great potential for U.S. companies and workers in each state to export more goods and services, which will support U.S. economic growth and jobs.
