Washington– We commend the House for its swift repeal of the 1099 mandate as part of the passage of H.R. 705.

The repeal of 1099 illustrates how Congress can refine and improve health care reform so that businesses in all sectors can continue to compete, innovate and create jobs.

This is a great common ground issue where business and the President are aligned.
