Bill Woodley is the CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas and of DB USA Corporation, Deutsche Bank’s US Intermediate Holding Company.
Previously, Mr. Woodley was the Deputy CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas, and prior to that appointment, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Regional Management from 2010 – 2013 where he served on both the Global Operating Committee and Regional Management Executive Committees. Before this, he was the Regional Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong from 2005-2010. There he chaired the regional operating and regional risk committees as well as serving as the Supervisor of the Board for Deutsche Bank (China) Co. Ltd. Bill has also previously worked in the DB Equities division, and he started his career in the Royal Navy before joining Deutsche Bank in 1998.
Mr. Woodley is an Executive Board member of the Institute of the International Bankers and on the Supervisory Board of The Clearing House. He serves on the board of the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation and is a board member of the Tiger Woods Foundation.
Bill is a British citizen, and lives with his American wife and 3 sons in Princeton, New Jersey.
