John B. Hess has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hess Corporation (Formerly Known as Amerada Hess Corp.) since 1995. Mr. Hess has strong background in the global oil and gas industry. He has been with Hess Corporation for 28 years and has been its Director since 1978. He has also been Director of Dow Chemical Co since October 12, 2006. Mr. Hess serves as a Director of National Advisory Board of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He serves a Member of Board of Trustees at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Wildlife Conservation Society/NY Zoo, United Cerebral Palsy Research and Educational Foundation. He serves as a Director of NYC2012 Inc. He serves as Trustee of Mount Sinai Hospital. Mr. Hess served as Member of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. He serves as Member of The Business Council of The Council of Foreign Relations and Dean’s Advisors of Harvard Business School.
